About Heart Song

According to the American Medical Association, stress is the reason for 90% of medical doctor visits. Stress reduction or stress management is one of my specialties. I assist with reasonable lifestyle changes in nutrition and self care. I would love to work with you by assisting your body in healing itself by reducing the stress that is put on your body.

I live and work in West Bend, Wisconsin educating, empowering, and encouraging others to cultivate their authentic self by using tools like Nutrition Response Testing, Eating Psychology Coaching, and Reiki.
I believe that we are our own experts in what is best for us and I help people achieve a better quality of life with these tools and through coaching.
